The facade was made from Canadian red cedar wood. Using a specially developed technology, we treated the surface to reflect the specific visions of our client. The existing windows and doors of the property provided the perfect frame for this exterior and were also echoed in the building we constructed.

We combined modern technology with authentic solid wood design blinds. We secured the protection of the open spaces and the state-of-the-art modular Villeroy & Boch hot tub with an electric zipSCREEN system. We amplified the uniqueness with handcrafted solid wood design elements and illuminated the building and its surroundings with professional and energy-efficient LED lighting.

Our client expressly desired to host family gatherings and friends' meetings in a spacious and comfortable setting, ensuring everyone, from the young to the old, could fully enjoy the occasion. A custom-designed pool with a tensioned water surface was incorporated, along with a custom-made, motorized, ultra-flat aluminum pool cover that floats on the water.

Kálmán's hobby is cooking. Hence, he wanted a professionally equipped outdoor kitchen where he could indulge his family and friends with his culinary creations.

In designing the interiors, special emphasis was placed on our clients' dreams, such as an exclusive cigar room with robust elegance and professional ventilation. Here, Kálmán can conduct business meetings in peace or simply relax. Edina's wish was for a functional gym that plays a significant role in maintaining her health. This is especially important for every family member, so we integrated a complex sauna into the building: An infrared sauna for the children and a traditional Finnish sauna for adults, combined with 2000-year-old Himalayan salt bricks, offering jointly significant health benefits.

The spacious and well-lit communal area provides an opportunity for complete relaxation and rejuvenation at home.

We enhanced the interior with numerous custom architectural solutions, including a bespoke kitchen island. The solid wood design wall, recessed into the ceiling, lends a distinct appearance to the interior, further accentuated by our lighting solutions. The entire inside of the building is a handcrafted piece of art, with nearly every component handmade from solid wood elements and design walls, rendering the interior exceptionally personalized and unique.
