We built a truly special wellness house in the heart of Berlin, above the city, designed entirely based on our client’s unique requirements, maximizing space usage and exceptional design. 

During the design phase, we paid special attention to utilizing every feature of the location, consciously incorporating the panoramic view to create a unique and inspiring environment. 

The exclusive sauna house is built from premium quality Canadian red cedar, complemented by an RGBW design lighting front porch. 

Every zone of the wellness house is multifunctional, with a Villeroy and Boch jacuzzi as the central element, equipped with a pergola to ensure the place's intimacy and protection against weather adversities. 

Next to the jacuzzi, a roof garden also finds space, bringing the closeness of nature into the penthouse life, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. 

Additionally, the unique mini holiday home includes a premium quality, combined sauna designed according to personal needs, which incorporates Finnish, infrared, and salt therapy functions. 

These options are easily interchangeable, allowing each family member to find their favorite mode of relaxation and health-conscious rejuvenation. 

To enhance comfort, we placed a shower next to the sauna to also provide a space for refreshment. 

The sauna house features ergonomic flooring, solid wood design walls, and room dividers, which not only provide an aesthetic experience but also help maximize space utilization. 

Furthermore, we installed a resting area equipped with unique furniture and a solid wood handmade shelving system, serving as a communal space. 

The color choices and wood paneling contribute to creating a warm, nature-close atmosphere inside. 

We also catered to those who crave activity by creating a personalized gym featuring premium quality exercise equipment. 

The design and interior creation were centrally focused on LED mood lighting and a unique oil painting, together creating a special atmosphere. 

Additionally, a study was also included, equipped with unique, handmade solid wood furniture, ensuring a comfortable and inspiring work environment.
